Benchmark

The Bloomberg 2026 Maturity EUR Corporate Bond Screened Index measures the investment grade, Euro-denominated, fixed-rate corporate bond market with additional ESG screening. The index is a maturity constrained subset of the Bloomberg Euro Corporate Index. Issuer exposure is limited to a market capped weight of 4.5%. Starting on Dec 31st of the penultimate target maturity year, the index becomes static where no new issues or ESG/Credit rating upgrades are considered for inclusion in the final year. However, corporate bonds that exit the index due to ESG rating or credit rating downgrades, or due to amount outstanding falling below the minimum threshold for the index, are processed, and treated like maturing bonds. Starting on the 1st July of the target maturity year, all cash flows received from bonds maturing/called are equally distributed into a series of Euro government securities.
