The actively managed Franklin ClearBridge US Smaller Companies UCITS ETF seeks to achieve long-term capital growth by primarily investing in equity securities of small and medium-sized companies based in the United States. Small and mid-capitalization stocks are defined by the Investment Manager as those with a market capitalization range of $500 million up to the largest constituent of the Russell 2500 Growth Index at the time of purchase. The fund may also invest, to a lesser extent, in securities of non-US issuers, such as American Depository Receipts and other US-listed equity securities.
