Benchmark

The MSCI Switzerland IMI High Dividend Yield Low Carbon Select Index is designed to represent the performance of a strategy that seeks high Dividend Yield and systematic integration of environmental, social and governance (ESG) norms. The Index is constructed by selecting constituents of the MSCI Switzerland IMI Index and applying an optimization process that aims to maximize the exposure to the Yield factor, minimize Tracking Error, reduce the carbon-equivalent exposure to CO2 and other GHG, as well as reduce its exposure to potential emissions risk of fossil fuel reserves by thirty percent (30%) and improve the weighted-average industry-adjusted ESG score of the Index by ten percent (10%) with respect to the Parent Index using certain constraints described below.
