Benchmark

The Bloomberg MSCI US Corporate High Yield Sustainable BB+ SRI Bond Index measures the performance of US Dollar denominated, sub-investment grade, fixed-rate bonds issued by companies that form part of the Bloomberg US High Yield Index (the "Parent Index") but only includes bonds issued by companies that meet the index provider’s Environmental, Social and Governance ("ESG") and other criteria. Bonds from corporate issuers that are deemed by the index provider to have a risk exposure to an emerging markets country are excluded. The bonds will have a remaining maturity (i.e. the time from issue until they become due for repayment) of greater than or equal to one year and a minimum amount outstanding of $250 million at the Index rebalance date. The bonds will be sub-investment grade (which means that at the time of inclusion in the Index, they have a credit rating of Ba1/BB+/BB+ or below using the middle rating of Moody’s, S&P and Fitch). The Index applies Bloomberg MSCI SRI ("SRI") screen and exclusionary criteria that excludes companies from the Parent Index which are identified by the index provider as being involved in certain business lines/activities.
