Benchmark

The J.P. Morgan EMBI Global Diversified Select Index aims to track the performance of liquid, USDdenominated bonds from EM sovereign and quasi-sovereign issuers. The index includes Investment-Grade, High-Yield and Unrated sovereign and quasi-sovereign securities with at least $1 billion in face amount outstanding. A liquidity filter is applied to only include instruments from countries with a minimum face amount of $2 billion. A diversification methodology is then applied, which limits the weights of the larger index countries by only including a specified portion of those countries' eligible current face amounts of debt outstanding. The USD exposure is monthly hedged back to EUR.
