The Bloomberg MSCI Global Green Bond 1-10 Year Sustainability Select hedged to EUR Index offers investors an objective and robust measure of the global market for fixed income securities issued to fund projects with direct environmental benefits. An independent researchdriven methodology is used to evaluate index-eligible green bonds to ensure they adhere to established Green Bond Principles and to classify bonds by their environmental use of proceeds. The index includes securities with remaining maturity between 1 and 10 years and a minimum MSCI ESG rating of BBB, with issuer exposure capped at 3%. Additionally, the index excludes issuers with a “red” MSCI ESG Controversy Score and negatively screens issuers with involvement in controversial or conventional weapons, alcohol, tobacco, civilian firearms, or the mining, production, or extraction of oil..The index is currency hedged to EUR.
