Benchmark

The ICE 3-5 Year Euro Government Carbon Reduction Index reflects the performance of a subset of bonds of the ICE BofAML 3-5 Year Euro Government Index (the "Base Index"). The Base Index tracks the performance of EUR denominated sovereign debt publicly issued by Eurozone member countries which have a remaining term to final maturity greater than 3 years and less than 5 years. Constituents of the ICE 3-5 Year Euro Government Carbon Reduction Index will be weighted according to an optimization procedureto target an average carbon metric 30% lower than that of the Eligible Universe, when possible under the other constraints. The carbon metric of a portfolio is calculated using the carbon data of each country that constitutes the portfolio and their respective weights in the portfolio. The carbon data of each country, as published by the European Commission, measures the fossil CO2 emission per capita.
