Benchmark

The J.P. Morgan USD EM IG ESG Diversified Bond Index tracks US Dollar emerging market fixed and floating-rate debt instruments issued by corporate, sovereign, and quasi-sovereign entities. The index tracks instruments that are classified as investment grade (IG) in the established J.P. Morgan EMBI Global Diversified and J.P. Morgan CEMBI Broad Diversified indices, and combines them with a market capitalization based weighting. The index applies an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) scoring and screening methodology to tilt toward issuers ranked higher on ESG criteria and green bond issues, and to underweight or remove issuers that rank lower.
