Constituents are screened based on the US Conference of Catholic Bishop's SRI guidelines, which stipulate additional filtering to the MSCI Europe SRI Index. This includes the exclusion of any companies engaged in activities related to abortion and contraceptives, stem-cell research, animal testing, and human rights violations.
