In-depth gender equality screening as defined by Equileap is carried out. Companies which derive the majority of their revenues from the weapons, gambling, or tobacco industries, and excluded companies on the Norwegian Ethics Council List are excluded. The index ensures an equal weight 50-50 exposure to US and non-US listed companies.
