Asset servicing bank Caceis has hired Gilles Dubos as a senior expert in its ETF division.

In his new role, Dubos (pictured) will be responsible for enhancing the firm’s ETF product offering for existing and new clients.

Based in Dublin, Dubos will report to Isabelle Porte, managing director of Caceis in Ireland and Dimitri Sakkis, group head of operational line, fund distribution services and ETF services, at Caceis.

Dubos joins with more than 20 years of experience in financial services, most recently with a six-year stint managing the ETF servicing team at State Street.

At the US giant, he created ETF portfolio construction files (PCF), carried out order placement and validation and calculated order values to settlements.

Earlier in July, Caceis client Waystone entered the European ETF market as a white-label issuer and made two senior hires as part of its effort to “conquer” the European market, ETF Streamrevealed.

In the same month, Caceis said it would use a platform provided by Swiss crypto and blockchain specialist, Taurus, to expand its presence in digital assets product servicing.
