DWS has expanded its Xtrackers ESG offering with the launch of a USD corporate bond ETF and a euro-hedged global equity ETF.

The Xtrackers ESG USD Corporate Bond UCITS ETF (XZBU) is listed on the London Stock Exchange and Xetra with a total expense ratio of 0.16%.

The Xtrackers MSCI World ESG UCITS ETF EUR – Hedged (XZWE) is expected to list on Xetra later this month with a total expense ratio of 0.25%.

XZBU tracks the Bloomberg Barclays MSCI USD Liquid Investment Grade Corporate Sustainable and SRI Index.

It offers exposure to over 1,000 USD investment-grade corporate bonds that comply with MSCI and Bloomberg Barclays ESG criteria.

XZWE tracks the MSCI World Low Carbon SRI Leaders Index and offers a euro-hedged version of its parent product.

This is comprised of global stocks that have high ESG performance and low carbon exposure compared to their sector peers.

DWS promotes UK passive distribution head to US role

Simon Klein, global head of passive sales, commented: “These are just the latest additions to our rapidly expanding suite of ETFs designed to meet the surging demand for ESG exposure.”

This follows DWS’s ETF launch in June offering exposure to short-dated ESG corporate bonds.
