Invesco expands UK ETF business development team with BlackRock hire

Invesco has expanded its UK ETF business development team with the appointment of Ambrice Miller from BlackRock.

Based in the firm’s London offices, Miller reports to Kate Dwyer, head of UK ETF business development at Invesco.

Miller spent six years at BlackRock most recently as head of UK insurance in the iShares arm. Prior to this, Miller was assistant vice president at Bank of America.

Invesco has further developed its London-based ETF team this year having also hired Hamid Asseffar in January who covers the client demand among family offices and multi-asset managers.

Dwyer commented: “We are delighted to welcome Ambrice to the ETF team, an indication of our high aspirations for continued growth.

“We are seeing demand among our UK institutional clients for our ETFs, particularly in fixed income. It is fundamental we have the right people and capabilities to capitalise on this demand.”
