Andrew Weaver

Andrew Weaver has managed the ASX Investment Products team for the past 3 years. The Investment Products team is responsible for on-boarding new ETFs, Exchange Traded Managed Funds, Listed Investment Companies and Trusts, Warrants, Australian Government Bonds and mFunds, the ASX’s Managed Fund Settlement Service. He is also responsible for managing the exchange’s relationship with the liquidity providers of these products. Andrew works closely with key industry stakeholders including issuers, ASIC, the FSC, and internal and external legal counsel on developing rules, procedures, policy and guidance for ASX Investment Products. Andrew sits on the ASX/S&P Index Committee, which is charged with maintaining the ASX/S&P equity indices, including the benchmark Australian equities ASX/S&P 200 index and benchmark volatility ASX/S&P 200 VIX among others. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Laws from the Australian National University.
