He's now a contributor to the Financial Times, the Economist, and the New Statesman, writing about the intersection of business, psychology and culture. His latest book, CONFLICTED, is about how we can have better, more productive and creative disagreements. Ian is passionate about improving the conversations we have at work, at home, and in the public arena. He is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
