Cosmos is an open-source interchain network developed by Tendermint that allows different blockchains, called zones, to communicate and exchange data, all connected by the Cosmos Hub which is powered by the Atom token. The end goal of Cosmos is to create an “Internet of Blockchains, a network of blockchains able to communicate with each other in a decentralized way”.
