Professor Robert Shiller

Professor Robert Shiller ist Sterling Professor für Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Professor für Finanzen und Fellow am International Center for Finance der Yale University. Er entwickelte die Standard & Poor’s/Case-Shiller Home Price Indices für Metropolregionen in den USA mit. Er ist zudem Mitentwickler des Index.

Gemeinsam mit John Campbell entwickelte er das Cyclically Adjusted Price Earnings Ratio, auch bekannt als CAPE-Ratio. Mit Barclays entwickelte er die Shiller Barclays CAPE® Indexfamilie. Professor Shiller ist zudem Kolumnist und Autor des New-York-Times-Bestsellers „Irrational Exuberance“ und von „Narrative Economics“.
