The iBoxx EUR Breakeven Euro-Inflation France & Germany Index is representative of a long position in inflation-linked bonds issued by France and Germany and a short position in France and Germany sovereign bonds with matching durations. This index targets the spreads between inflation-linked bonds and those of traditional bond yields, thus offering a proxy exposure to Eurozone inflation expectations without exposing to changing interest rates.
