Catharine Dwyer

Catharine Dwyer is a Senior Policy Advisor in the Markets Policy Division of the Central Bank of Ireland and is responsible for development of Central Bank policy on investment funds and fund service providers. She represents the Central Bank on various working groups both at European and international levels. Prior to joining the Central Bank, Catharine was a Consultant in an Irish law firm with a practice which materially focussed on ETFs
