Benchmark

The S&P 500 ESG Exclusions II Index measures the performance of S&P 500 (the "underlying index") stocks, excluding companies involved in controversial business activities as specified in eligibility criteria. Companies with the following specific business activities identified through Sustainalytics data are excluded: controversial weapons, civilian firearms, tobacco and thermal coal. In addition, companies deemed non-compliant with the UN Global Compact Principles, also identified by Sustainalytics, are excluded from the eligible universe.
