Tara O'Reilly

Tara is a partner and co-head of the Asset Management and Investment Funds Group at Arthur Cox.Tara is a highly experienced asset management lawyer with a practice that covers the full spectrum of fund types and Tara has extensive experience in advising leading asset managers, management companies and fund promoters. Tara is known for her innovation, particularly in the area of ETFs where she has led market changing developments that are now fundamental parts of the ETF market. She has in-depth knowledge on the establishment, organisational structures, internal processes, and legal and regulatory obligations of Irish domiciled ETFs.Tara is actively involved at an industry level, particularly on ETF and ESG matters, and speaks regularly at international funds events. Tara is a member of the Irish Funds ETF working group and the Irish Funds ESG working group and is a former member of Irish Funds Council and the EFAMA ETF working group. Tara is also a founding member of the Irish chapter of Women in ETFs, and a former member of the Women in ETFs Global Governance Committee and currently on the EMEA Board of Women in ETFs.Tara has been recognised as IFLR1000 Women Leaders 2021 and ranked as Market Leader.
